Also I fell down the stairs last November and injured my shoulder and the nerve all the way down past my elbow!!

I'd go and get some muscle relaxant tablets from docs, I had same problem when I slipped on some flagstones in a pub 2 yrs ago

well I've got smoked haddock for tea tomorrow night as didn't fancy it when I got back.
also found out why my knees had hurt so much, I used to ride with the tilty wedges in my stirrups and now I've gone back to flat treads my feet were still staying at an angle and not flat
