Hi there

I have two small paddocks equalling about an acre (and before anyone jumps on my back - a large field equalling about 19 acres!).

During the winter the horses have churned the paddocks up something rotten so I need to get them rolled.

In the past, this has been in with my lease but it is not included in the new lease.

Before I ring round, what would you expect to pay for someone to come and roll a paddock of about an acre?

Ta muchly!

I pay the price of a four pack of beer to have my paddock rolled (1 acre)! My son rolls my paddock using the YO's tractor and roller. If anyone else on the yard wants theirs done at the same time they get my son some beer or wine and he does it for them!

Sorry - that's not much help to you is it?

Sounds like a good deal to me...............ring round some local farmers but its usually for fuel etc and I pay about £76 for hour and half work.
