My boy was re clipped on sunday today we wen't hunting we were at the meet in a paddock and my friend suddenly said jump off he was about to roll he went on his knee's and my friend growled at him and he got up I was very shocked as ive had him since he was 4 he's 14 now and he has never done anything like this before anyone had an experience like this wonder what it could have been !!

Has he had a chance to roll unrugged since he was clipped?

He maybe just couldn't resist!

Mud on his belly, especially a freshly clipped belly, would be quite itchy. Might be worth covering his belly in baby oil, prevents the mud sticking and getting itchy...

yes he has had a chance to roll out in the field , and it was the begining of the meet so he was spotless I just hope he was being his cheeky little self .
