How have they defined it? It's illegal in FEI dressage too, but the definition is so flawed it has changed nothing.

I think you can be prosecuted under their animal abuse laws if you're caught doing it now in Switzerland. Difficult to prosecute I'd imagine, but it's certainly a good start.

And if the BHS would only take note and start teaching a proper system rather than their 'false outline yanking horse in teeth' system there would be a lot less horses with sore necks and sore mouths!

Yes, the great thing is it is under their animal protection laws along with the awful practice of poling.

ps. It appears they are using the FEI definition which could be problematic!
