Roma bonded leg/bandage pads-anyone got any? what are they made of?!

as title, what are these actually like....cant find any detailed info anywhere!

I have these I think, they are rubbery foam on one side (black side) and white towelling material on the inside. They wash well but come up a bit short on my 16.1 as travelling pads and are more suited for under exercise bandages I'd say.
