Ronnie's broken

Vet came out to scan his superficial flexor today and found very small fluid pockets. In vet's words he thought Ronnie "might have got away with it" and it might not be tooooo serious. Poor Ronnie's on box rest with a rescan in 14 days.

It would happen just as I'm starting two weeks of annual leave and had loads of competitions and lessons and XC schooling planned

Still, he's only 5 so plenty of time ahead if this is relatively minor - as the vet hopes.

Awww poor thing, but as you say it's minor, he's young, he's bounce back!! At least you can use your two weeks for mucking him out twice a day! All the best for a speedy recovery!

Oh no poor Ronnie! How frustating for you with your 2 weeks off as well. I am sure he will be fine hun, like you said he is young and the vet is hopeful! You are more then welcome to come and ride Angel, I have 2 others to look after for the next 2 weeks!

Oh poor Ronnie. I hope that it is something minor and he'll be ok soon.
