ROR... Showing

To be ROR showing eligible, does the horse have to have raced before? Or can you still take part in ROR classes if it was brought for racing but never made the grade and therefore never actually raced?

My horse only raced once and pulled out so when I asked this I was told they had to have been registered to race but not 100% sure!

According to the website they must have raced in GB. Being pulled up in first race would count as they came under starters orders so raced!

They must of raced under rules. easiest way to check is to look in your passport for a stamp or to search the horses racing name on the racing post website. Mine ran twice in bumpers so she is eligible.

Yes they do. There is an organisation think its TERRA or something similar that has classes for horses that have trainned but not raced

For ROR they have to have raced. TARRA is for thoroughbreds and retired racehorses and for Ex Racers Club classes horses either need to have raced or been in training

Just echoing others really, they do have to of raced for ROR.
