I have had quite a journey retraining my ex-racer but I think I have come out the other side in one piece mentally that is. When I first got him I was at loss as no-one seemed to be able to help me. After many months of exasperation and spending alot of money I found about RoR and called them, thank goodness I did as I finally saw light at the end of the tunnel and step by step things have improved. If you're having a problem with your ex-racer give them a call don't struggle on as I did.

Thank you. Yes I have had more than one conversation with them to say the least! They have been wonderful, there for me every step of the way since I contacted RoR that is. Do you know them?

Glad to hear your good news. Please forgive my ignorance (and I probably already know the answer but cannot remember it),
but what is RoR ? :)

TimmyB, no I don't know them personally but have received some very useful advice off them in the past!! And I should think I will be contacting them sometime in the future about my new ex racer!!

I am sure you have told them already but definitely let ROR know of progress as they were be interested to know - you could even do them a success story about how you have overcome difficulties and the help you have had as it is important to get the message out about the help on offer. Well done and good luck.

I did send an email and I did also compliment the Helpline but heard nothing back. RoR only seem interested in a certain people.
