Hope the photos work as photobucket has not worked well recently..

Rory is now 2 weeks old and it's amazing that he is finally here. Just took a look back at when I got her and the posts on how she may be in foal but it was likely a grass belly and now looking at Rory and grinning! :biggrin3:
He is a sod and although I adore him, he is very naughty. Missy is a super mum and it is clear she is experienced by the way she teaches him things and protects him. We've worked on haltering him daily but he is still not keen on it, also attempted leading twice which is coming along slowly. Can't wait to get Missy out and about again, as she has quietened down a lot since Rory arrived. I wonder if she'll continue to be placid? This would help as she has been asked to be used as a therapy pony at the local elderly folk's home. :bigsmile3:

We have been trying to guesstimate how big he will make and the common answer is around 12.2hh so we shall see!

The photos' are absolutely gorgeous - especially the one of you lying on the ground, that needs to be framed - and Rory jumping. What a pop!!

Yes that's naughty to rear lol - I think smaller the pony, bigger the attitude ! I like his tigger moments and when he was trying to free his mum with the rope - you will have lots of fun with him and hope you get to keep him ;)

We are keeping him, Mum has taken a liking to him! :biggrin3:
 
Good to hear all is well, and what lovely photos :)

I particularly like the pic of the three of you together. Rory has such a cheeky look in that one!
