I have some rosettes that id like to display on the wall, at the moment they are just lying around the house. How do you display yours? Do you have anything to fasten them to?

I have cork boards and pin them to it I use coloured pins to match the rosettes ( sad I know) I also fixed a narrow cork strip to the bottom of a wall hanging cupboard pin them along it.

I have a big glass bowl I put them in and they are then on a tall bookshelf- they look really colourful, like a tin of Quality Street, with all the different jewel like colours!

Throughout the year we just hang them on string on the dresser. If we run out of space, we just put more rows of string up. At the end of the year we chose our favourites and they go on one wall over some nice framed photos. The rest go to our bedrooms and we do what we like with them- mine go in a big box under my bed, my sister's get strung up round her room.

Get some chicken wire, or small square mesh wire, or wooden/plastic garden trellis, attach it to a wall and hook your rosettes to that. The plastic trellis is easier to cut to size. I've been doing that for years.

When I was making the blasted things (by the thousand) I used to have strings of them hung up from the ceilings. Bit of tape (like the tape used for roette ties) and then hook or pin them through.

Someone sent me a link once to someone who made cushion covers out of them. Can't find it for the life of me. Was a really novel and practical idea.

Many dog shows that I attend have a rosette recycle box for unwanted rosettes won on the day, this keeps the Societys' costs down & there is a limit to how many rosettes you want. Same applies for horses, there is a limit & it's a pity to chuck them. I keep the special ones but feel that I could recyclye some others & not cause offence by using the anonymous rosette box.
