good luck!!! i've been trying to call ross for a coupla weeks to see if he can do my boy, and he hasn't got back to me :-(

He isnt taking anyone else on as far as I know, he has had to turn a lot of people down

Yeah, I have discovered this! I am having GREAT difficutly in finding a farrier now . He was being done by the guy who did neighbours ponies, but I cant get hold of the guy to see if he can do my other 2 as well, and well, not going to just get the big lad done and not the wee ones - so he is going to lose out on £80.

Yep he is not taking on anyone else. I spent about 3 weeks trying to find someone. I finally found someone though. His name is Murry he is on the farrier association website Good luck!!

I also used Ross a couple of times and then could never get him to return my calls. Not very reliable in my opinion!

Well Ross is the most reliable farrier I have ever had. He always comes on time and if he is going to be late he phones ahead.
But I always treat him with respect and as a professional.
He delivers an excellent service and is a credit to his profession.

Lol, Lag68riding, I used to think he was pretty good also, And I hope I used to treat him with respect and as a professional as well, However he never returned my calls, not even a text to say he was unable to carry on doing my guys was pretty upset tbh as i thought he was very very good!
