Rossdales - bone scans. Reassurance needed!

My girl has gone to Rossdales (Newmarket) this morning to be seen by Andy tomorrow for a bone scan.
She had surgery on her right stifle in July 2014 & made a brill recovery. Until 5months of hacking she started being lame in canter & now is bilateral lane in both hind legs so at the minute is retired! She is 100% field sound so she will have a very chilled life if that's the outcome! She is only 13 & my local (brill) vet has nerve blockeds everything to hardly any change. We're just under 2 hours away so feeling lost & upset she's there on her own.
Basically wanting reassuring vibes for me too! I would love her to do some hacking! And so would she!

Mine has been to Rossdales twice this year, similar to yours with stifle problems! had injections for OCD the first time but didnt work, and then went back for bilateral arthroscopy. Like you I am a long way from Rossdales, but I received regular contact from them and the groom looking after her was very fond of her. The stables are huge and yard very tidy the vet who operated on her was very honest and realistic about what I should expect from her in the future, and received detailed after care information hope this reassures you a bit and fingers crossed you get the results you want
