As it says - I have the space, it already has several layers of brick/stone/hardcore. Has fencing and gates. It will be max 40 x 20m.
Any idea of rough costs for membranes and surface?
Seeing so many crazy quotes.
Thank you!

I'm in at a similar point in my arena refurbishment. We have all the drainage/base/fencing/gates down & am now ready to lay the membrane & add the surface.
Slightly bigger arena at 25x45. The membrane has cost us about £1800, plus the glue for sticking about £75-100 depending on how much we use.
Sand direct from the quarry, delivered Inc vat, per load is £699.84 for us. Each load is about 10m3 & I think I'm going to be putting about 10cm down so approx 112.5m3 needed, so just over 11 loads. I'll put down 11 loads & then decide whether to get a 12th load.
And finally I'm planning on a Foleys topper, which off the top of my head came in at about £3k.
Hope this helps.
