Roughly how much should he weigh?

Just after a rough guide to how much a stocky (8 or 9 ins of bone) ISH (more 3/4 ID) should weigh? He is 16hh.

No idea hun but my 15.3, stocky Section D is a little too porky at 570/580kg. I'd be happier with 550.

I would think around 550-600. I have a 16.1 holstein who is only 438 and I am trying to get his weight up to that.

I have 16.1 selle francais who is a bit large at 570 so I'd say 550 ish

I have a 16.1 TBx who weighed 518 in Dec last year and looked a bit lean. Weigh taped him yesterday and he is 570 (but retired now and out on 24/7 grass). he looks much more covered now but also more flabby. If he was in work he would probably around the 550 mark.
