Round bale haylage-how much needed?

Thinking of swopping from hay to haylage next year, would be those round bales thatr cost about £35 pounds
Roughly how long do they last for a horse
we have 6 ponies, usually use about 200 bales of hay a year.
Feed bit in field in bad weather and when in at night.
Just trying to get a guesstimate of how much we would use per week say?

Last winter when we had all that horrible snow. I got my farmer to bring over a round bale. I usually use regular bales. I found that a round bale fed my one large TB for nearly 30 days. I expected it to go off in that time, but because it was so cold, it was fine, all the way to the bottom. I was really surprised. I had always though it would go bad much quicker than that. I cut the plastic off and just kept unwrapping it as I needed it.
