Hi All!
I'm looking for recommendations for the most robust round bale hay net - we have tried a big fishing net, but the holes were too big.
We have tried a cheap alternative (from temu probably) but this didn't last long

Our trickle net was good, but only lasted one winter which i'm pretty disappointed by.. (probably only lasted as long as the temu one!)

Are there any round bale nets that are suuuuper strong, with small holes? One that will last more than one winter please!

Thanks in advance as always-

I have this one which is lasting well, though it does seem to be out of stock currently, I bought it via amazaon:
Thanks HufflyPuffly, I will take a look - looks a very reasonable price compared to the tricklenet too!

I have bought a set of cheap hockey nets. They do hole them but the were such a good price and you do not have to worry about the size of the nets. Mine are also in round bale sheep holders if they will fit.
I have about three round bale nets and if the horses haven't chewed them the rats will if they get a chance.

Nibbleze nets, are much tougher.

Our Tricklenet bales nets have only ever done one winter without requiring a lot of patching.

But I do repurpose them into small nets when they’re too bad. So still get good value for money.

Oh no, I splashed out on a Trickle Net for this winter, will be gutted if it only lasts the one 🙈
I hope you have more luck than us - we were really disappointed with the string it came with and had to get our own rope, not sure if they've changed that now but the tiny little string they sent with a bale net was pathetic!
