Round bales of hay.

You know the big round bales of hay.
Does anyone know the width of these?
I'm wondering if I can roll one into my hay store rather then buying lots of little ones.

Depends on the bailer and its settings. Small are 80cm but can go up to 1m40. Average size is 1m20 and weigh about 250 kilos.

My farmer bales them in either 3ft, 5ft or 6ft.
