The farm where we keep our horses has a round concrete base that used to have a big slurry tank on top, its about 20m across and we were wondering if it might be possible to turn it into a round pen to play with the horses in. It is not entirely level and rainwater does seem to sit on the surface (can be a couple of cm deep in water!). Wondering if any clever peops can come up with cost-effective suggestions to make this work?
