Round Pens????

I would like to make a round pen for the ponios to have free exercise in. Our paddock is knee deep in mud and the field is too slippy. Does anyone know what i could use to make the fence panels with that would be cheap??

Bearing in mind my minis are only 29" tall and wouldnt need something very high. Someone mentioned cattle fencing but i have no idea where to get them from.

TBH I would visit my local agricultural supplier and see what they have in. If you can find the black finely meshed stuff they use for sheep it would be ideal, as you could use electric fencing posts to hold it up.

my first yard had used fencing panels like those you get around building sites to keep out kids or at festivals to mark out certain areas. much higher than you need but cheap and effective

you can also get smaller versions, but they're pretty pricey.

You could always nick some from the roadside though

For your two I'd just make it with eletric fencing TBH and then put old shavings down for the surface.

You could use sheep hurdles.
