Routinely Opens Stall Latch

Stall latch is a sliding bar with a horse shoe shaped handle. Possibly an American thing, not sure. Mare can open it in under ten seconds - I know because that's the time stamp on the video I took. I've added a chain to her and her neighbour's stall gates. Any tips on containing a jail-breaking horse?

A kickbar is a bottom latch operated by your foot.
