Usually I like Ruby's analysis but it was more interesting watching them trying to catch him!

Could see that coming with the arm flapping, as you say very lucky he didn't get seriously kicked. As someone who used to have a horse who was a pain to catch, the letting them get just close enough to think theyre in luck before s*****g off again is VERY familiar

I don’t really follow racing but the rug flapping incident has come up on my FB feed. The trainer was a total muppet .

I think it was, the ITV guy asked him during the interview once they’d caught the horse how pleased he was with the jockey, given how displeased he’d been with another earlier in the week.

Just don't use the guy again if you don't rate his riding.
