what is the forecast for next week and will the show definitely go ahead. If today up here in the north is anything to go by we will be paddling around most of the week.

Travelled past it today and there was activity there, some marquees set up...but who knows??!!

South has had no-where near the rain that up north has had. This week has been pretty dry with some wind as well so the ground will probably be pretty dry there now.
It'll go ahead - can't see why it wont now. The weather for the week instantly after the derby meeting would have really helped the ground too. It should be ok - the outer rings may not be perfect, but wont be bad enough to stop the RIHS

They are not planning to cancel at the moment. Fingers crossed I think.

Only live about 20mins from Hickstead and although we've had loads of rain today we havent had anywhere near the rain other parts of the country have recieved - plenty of strong winds down here atm and we getting a bit of sun here and there too. Think they will only cancel if they absolutely have to - definitely planning to run it according to our local papers etc.
