... Sports Horse and/or Hunter for Hector? He did the Sports Horse and won it last year. Also, should I take Berry in the in-hand Veteran Class

Was thinking of doing the Small Hunter with Tarquin but need to get some practice in with other people riding him first! I'd say Sports Horse for Hector. Either way I'm going to be there so will have to look out for you both.

I would say both. Hector is as much hunter as he is sports horse whereas I couldn't possibly imagine Spider in a hunter class, even if he were plain coloured!
And why not bring Berry too.........or is that a silly question?

Will you be there this year, or will you be on holiday again?
Do you think he's heavy enough - as in enough bone - to be a hunter? I've had a closer look at the schedule and whilst both classes are on the same day, the Hunter classes are on at 8am, whereas the Sports Horse Classes are at 2.45pm..... I'll not have time for stay overnight and have a stable and am further away this year compared to last.... Think I've just made my mind up
The Veteran Classes are in the same ring as the Sports Horse Classes, immediately before the SH ones - if it were the other way around, I think I would enter Berry, but I do actually want to be able to take H in - without having to visit the paramedics first

LOL - my thoughts exactly!! Esp. how long it takes me to plate up, given my hands.... His class last year was at 8am and I was up at 3.30 am.... Was worth it though

Given the timing, I'd agree best go just for the SH.
I hope Spider will be going but I'm in a similar predicament. Coloureds are usually on at 8ish then if the SH isn't until the afternoon it's a long day for a baby and he'll possibly be bored rigid by the time the SH comes along.
Could you PM me the judges for the coloureds and SH classes please?
I'm waiting for the schedule to go online as I didn't enter they won't send me one automatically.
