Has anyone had a horse go into the college for treatment. If so would anyone mind if i PMd them some questions?

They are my vets and cannot fault them, however have not had a horse go into clinic, but there are people on here who have

They are my vets too - thankfully have not had to be an inpatient but they are very good.

i went to uni there a few yrs ago - spent 3 long years in those hospitals.

Yes i don't think the students will be impressed with my mare as they will be doing nightime shifts!

My mare went there for a 5day lameness workup.

They looked after her very well, but she still screamed the place down when I left her, and then again when she heard my voice outside the barn when I went to pick her up

I'm a client of theirs and had 3 horses go in in recent years. cannot recomend them highly enough! if you want to pm, feel free!

My horse went in for bone scan and a several day stay. I can't fault the care he had and he came away very happy but I was really disappointed with the vet in charge of his case, to the point of complaining to my own vet about it, and he took it up on my behalf. This was however a 'personaility issue' rather than a a treatment issue. All the best for your horse.
