RSPCA Appeal for help over thinnest dog.

God that is sick , WHY , WHY , WHY
if you've got a dog and you just can't afford to feed it if you're struggling financially ( as many are ) just take it to your nearest RSPCA FGS!!:(:mad::mad:

I don't believe a dog can get in that state just because the owner's poor though, do you? In this country there's a lot of waste food and even if you just fed it scraps it wouldn't get that thin.

I would say that poor little thing has been locked away with no food at all. :mad: Poor, poor little mite.

Poor dog :(

But the RSPCA turn many dogs away if they are still in a reasonable condition. In fact a lot of charities turn people away when they can no longer afford their pets care. Charities aren't made of money.
 
That made me sob instantly! I had to stop looking at it. soooooo so sad, how the poor girl is alive and how ANYONE could do that is beyond me!:mad:
