RSPCA Welcomes Electric Shock Collar Ban In Wales

Huge shame that they have been banned. I suppose the RSPCA would prefer to see an injured dog from a farmers pot shots rather than a few shocks for a possible cure of sheep worrying as one example.

Doubt the ban will make much difference to be honest.
 
Breeding back to back is not only a strain on the bitch but bad for the pups too as the bitches calcium levels don't have time to recover properly which can lead to problems with the pups bones e.t.c
 
Apparently antis went roaming the corridors in the Welsh assembly asking members to 'feel the shock'. A video was also shown to members with the ecollar supposedly on the lowest setting.

A member of another forum has studied the video, knows the make of collar used, and using footage from the video has proved that the setting was not on the lowest setting at all.

Post 1710 on this link describes the err .... "mistake"
