I read a post on this forum dating way back where someone recommended "seeding" rubber crumb into the grass to provide a springy surface - this got around the "no planning permission" for an arena situation. Can anyone recommend this and recommend what type of rubber crumb, supplier?
I have heavy clay land - does this work on that? Please help as I have a BIG planning problem for a new arena.
