Rubber mats/tiles/bricks/pavers for Horse Walker

Anyone know a good supplier??

I have decided that this year I'm going to replace our Horse Walker surface, which is currently silica sand and Flexiride with concrete and rubber. It's now getting boggy in there as the drainage is getting clogged up and I'm fed up with the maintanence of it.

Also any tips?

i have rubber chips on mine, on a concrete base which is skipped out after use and scraped round outer and inner edge every 3 to 4 times! i would be careful with the rubber bricks/mats/pavers as horses tend to either walk to the inner fence or the outer fence and i think they would wear quickly and soon become slippy, and at least with a loose surface they have something bite into reducing concussion and slipping!

Um interesting, but it's the levelling part I don't want to do. There are 35 horses here so you can imagine how much the walker gets used. I only have to level twice a week, but it's still something I don't want to have to do. And like I said it's getting boggy now.

We have rubber bricks, I cant remember who supplied them but they've been great.
After 2 years of fairly heavy use though, there are some pits developing so we're having to replace a few (luckily they left us with lots!)

I might be away with the fairies, but is it possible to contsruct a leveller that's towed by the horse walker, so you clip it on, turn on horse walker and it auto levels? Might need a bit of trial and error welding and faffing to get the angles right, but surely this is possible?
