hi all
I've been doing some research on rubber matting and seem to be going round in circles. was originally looking at getting a full roll rather than pre cut, but have also been looking at pre cut

been quoted £35 per 6 x 4 this is 18mm bubble top

is 18mm thick enough in peoples experiences? £35 each reasonable? not sure i can find anything cheaper unless i'm looking in the wrong places.............

I dont know about recent years, but many years ago we bought 'cow matting' instead of horse/stable mats as they seemed to be alot cheaper at the time. Ive no idea if this is still correct, but £35 doesnt seem to bad.

Dont forget that matting lasts years. We used ours for 17 years and they were still in good enough condition to sell on again when we sadly lost our pony :(

That’s a good price!
It weighs a ton - I get ours from a local farm supplies place and they drop off too.

I like to take mine up every 6 months and clean underneath. I only have mats at the front. I have a combination of 15mm (?) and the 18mm and I really struggle to move the thicker ones by myself but yes that is the going price?
