Have previously used the bubble top very heavy rubber type http://www.rubbermattinguk.co.uk/rubbermat...sp?m=3&p=17 which were very good, didn't move at all but were very heavy to move and the bubble top was annoying to brush and quite 'hard' underfoot
Currently at a yard with 'cow matting' and this is very lightweight so the only disadvantage I think is that they are more prone to move and shrink and expand etc but my horse seems to really like them. They are warm and he seems much more comfortable on them than concrete
Horse is currently In Leahurst for Lameness workup and possible MRI. I am looking to move yards and need to get some new mats.
Think I would like the thicker more foam types as think he will be more comfortable on these but want some that wont move so was thinking of the interlocking type like these? http://www.rubbermattinguk.co.uk/rubbermat...sp?m=3&p=19
Anyone got any advice/know good suppliers in lancs -in particular preston/chorley areas?
Thanks x
