I just used stable matting. Managed to find them in 12mm thickness. Needed two mats - the main bulk of them for the back and middle of the trailer (where they stand) and the left over edges jigsaw puzzled together for the front nose (where they don't stand.

I looked at all kinds of mats (rolls, sheets, liquid) and the stable matting worked out the cheapest.
