Rubber Stable Mats - anti-slip mats?

Hi, i hope someone can help
I know there's already a few other posts on here about rubber stable mats, but i was just wondering, would you use them to stop horses slipping in the stable or are they purely for cushioning under bedding?
its just that my horse has been slipping quite a lot recently (she's been on box rest so hasnt got any shoes on) and its scaring the life out of me! im really worried she's going to end up doing herself some serious damage so i need to solve the problem asap!
any suggestions would be appreciated!

Yes it will prevent your horse slipping, and will be a more comfortable base than concrete.
