I very recently purchased a young mare by Rubinero and I was just wondering if anyone has any foals/youngsters etc by him as I'm struggling to find any information about his progeny and also what general thoughts were on him Thankyou in advance

Just to add this her her breeding any thoughts on it? http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/ruby194 i have discovered looking through her passport that she was actually bred by Raimund Vorwerk I'm assuming this is good? I'm coming across as a total numpty I know but ive always been so interested in breeding and would love to become involved in the future thankyou to anyone who will humour me Lol!!!

I knew a 2005 Rubinero filly. She was lovely, a little temperamental but so was her mum, and not in a nasty way - she was lovely to be around. She was raised with my two foals and was a real sweetheart. Contact Waterlands Stud they have her now I think.

Yes!!! I have a Rubinero mare, bought her as a foal from her breeder. She is easy to handle with a temperament second to none. Sadly a bad leg injury as a two year old has hindered her ridden career, but her paces are superb. She has bred three foals to date. All which have her temperament, movement. Would happily have a yard full of Rubinero's offspring. Good luck with your new one.

Excellent to know I'm not the only one anyone else have any opinions on him or known offspring?

Rubinero has had 842 foals and 86 are registered competition horses. There are 20 foals by him in the UK . Icannot give owner details because of the data protection act.
