....as promised I returned her back in one piece. :D

Well as planned me and Rubysgold met up on Saturday, weather was pretty kind to us, bit cloudy but we managed to dodge any rain despite the heavy black clouds that loomed in the distance.

It was really nice to meet RG, lovely lass, felt like I'd known her all my life :D although I think I may of nearly talked the poo girl to death! :o

and oh my god....how tall is she! :D so you can imagine what she must of thought when I pointed across the field and said that's what your riding.... a little white fat hairy 14.1 cob :D

Anyway I gave her the guided tour of probably every farm in East Yorkshire :rolleyes:, god knows how monster tractors passed us, had some canters across the stewardships (was interesting at times :D), negotiated a few railway crossings, conker collectors, woman a with large bear on a lead ;):D

I think RG probably spent most of her hack trotting as little Dom's legs couldn't keep up with Miraed's walk.

I'm afraid I couldn't get any photos of our hack, unless I was to hack out with a giant camera swinging around my neck which wouldn't of been a very good idea, although I managed to take a couple of RG on Dom when we got back, not had time to load them up yet.

Hopefully providing I didn't make too much of a bad impression on her :D, she'll be back over to do it again sometime. :)

If anyone else in our neck of the woods fancies boxing up and coming over, your more than welcome to join us.

Ha haaa well if it wasn't for Dom's rather large round belly I'm sure we could of knotted them! :D instead they were most likely used for trotting purposes, although if I'm honest, she didn't actually look big on him...which some how difies all the laws of physics! :D

Sorry I couldn't make it, but would definately be up for a meet up another time, maybe even a hoon around Manor Farm XC when I haven't such a purse-testing month:rolleyes:!

RG - Hope Ruby's ok. Is she still just having injections and resting up?
 
I love little cobs :D He's a real cutie. And so much fun to ride, even with my legs nearly touching the ground :p We did trot pretty much the whole way, poor little lad lol :D

Whos next for me, Miraed or Mckenzie :p Haha
Definitely do it again soon :) And get Poppy Moo and Chickeninabun out too :D
As soon as Roo is fit and healthy we'll be up at Manor Farm for a good jumping session lol.
She's still resting for now, looking bored, bless her

well to hell with the jaffa's..... lets crack open the champers and the duck tape:D

Not too fast I hope. Lol, I'll cling on for dear life. :D It's something I always said I'd never do, and then I get the confidence to decide to give it a go and Roo goes lame lol.

Now that sounds grand fun :D

Maybe, once we get Hugh the Huge Trailer back, I'll load Dizz and D1 and they can come for a blast - I, of course, will be drinking hot choccy and nibbling a small snackette whilst I wait for you to come back :D

We get RG next week, or is it the week after, I lose track :rolleyes::cool::D

well I get the idea of the Jaffa's and the champers... but the duck tape? :confused::confused:

would love to come and join you all but you're all at the wrong end of Yorkshire! how good is York (and what's around there) for everyone? that's a good hour in a trailer for us!
 
MrsM: That would be amazing!!! Get that trailer going :p Would love to have D1 and Dizzy riding out with us :D

Jen: York isn't far from us, but at the moment we don't have transport (waiting for dad to buy a nice Discovery :D) Maybe when Roo is sound, me and Kenzo could box through to meet you :D

Would be nice if we could all meet up one day at Escrick Park of something, take a BBQ all have lunch when we have finished riding, that would nice.

Haha Nooooo, she's definitely not allowed the Duck tape (I'm sure thats meant to be duct :p) She talks a lot but I like that haha.

Escrick Park sounds like a fab idea!

may have friend's small person tagging along as she will no doubt wnat to try out new ponio (assuming he passes vetting today! fingers crossed),

and OH will have to try to borrow a ride from someone in order not to feel left out but we've plenty of people we can ask!

so when?

Oh, and duck tape is a brand duct tape is the type of stuff like hoover and vacuum cleaner!

As to when, now thats a good question,
If we could leave it till the new year, then Roo might be back on her feet and raring to go.

RubysGold - By the way I've not had chance to upload your pony squishing photos yet :D but I've not forgotten, just not been round to my dad's yet.
