In theory move but I would just be careful where you move to.
I was on one yard where the ym was friendly and charming and everybody loved her. Only problem was the horse care was lacking. My horse never got enough hay and when he was dropping weight it was because he was a tb, I was on livery and there was no skipping out or picking out feet, just a mucking out once a day so he got thrush. She was far to rough and shouty with my boy who then got very grumpy and stressed.
In an ideal world the ym would good with both horses and people person but if I have to choose I will put up with a bit of grumpiness from a ym if my horse is happy.
However if you've got to the stage that you don't even want to go to see your horse it is probably time to move.
