Rug buying?

What a nightmare!

Pony is coming with 2 rungs that are a bit worse for wear & will need replacing asap I'm informed.
I'm likely to want to clip her so will need to source myself a couple of turnouts and a stable rug.
I'm trying ebay, but does anyone have alternative suggestions as to where I can buy some 5'9 pony rugs for cheap as possible!

Ebay or robinsons. although i like masta and saxon brands and they tend to be quite cheap

Haven't bought a rug from there yet but check out the equestrian section on TESCOS! very reasonably priced, have bought other bits and bobs from there which were fine.
