Rug Embroidery

Im desperately trying to get some rugs embroidered for Royal Windsor but everyone seems to be so expensive! All the quotes I've had so far would cost more than the rug to do! Does anyone know of any good companies who don't charge a fortune to do embroidery? Im happy to take the rugs to them so it's literally just the lettering that needs doing - got 6 rugs to do. Im in Hertfordshire so someone close to here would be ideal or in West Midlands as I can go there when I visit home
