As title really. New to liners so what’s the method? Can I just take the whole rug off/on or do you have to take the liner and rug off/on separately each time?

I don’t do the shoulder Velcro attachments from the liner to the rug as I find them a bit fiddly and haven’t ever had problems with the liners slipping.

I also have a very well behaved horse and so if I need to take a liner off I just undo it at the front and unclip it from the back and pull the liner out. I find it really helpful in the morning before work when I need to take a layer off and am in a rush.

Depends where I want liner to end up. If it’s say very cold snd I’m putting a warmer rug on, I might leave base liner on not to take away layer that is already warm.

if I’m removing rug with liner to ride, I’d leave it attached. (Definitely worth attaching liner in front of you are taking both off together else get misaligned).

I also pull liner out from back if taking a layer out.

I have 50, 100, 200, 300, 400 liner. I try to always have a liner in, in winter so I can wash layer closest to skin. And stop grease build up.
