Rug measurements

I have a 13hh welsh section B type for my son.
Im sat here wondering what size rug she would take...i know the easy answer would be to go and measure her!!!

i would say a 5 ft if slim and not cobby big shoulders etc or a 5'3 if of the chunky type. most shops will sell you a rug on basis if doesnt fit will swap for next size if returned clean etc. put a large bed sheet on her and try rug. keep or exchange. different makes come up different sizes dependant on cut. no one around you got a rug you could try for size?
