Rug off or not?

Pony has a trace clip ( never had a clipped equine before) it is a lovely day, and feel that he would like his rug off to have a good scratch.

So should I?

I think he would love a few hours with his rug off, however you do know that he will come in lagged

I would, I am going to cycle up to the yard shortly to whip Nell's rainsheet off, it is a beautiful day out there, great to get the sun on their backs
