rug rack - where from?

a while back i saw a rug holder that i think fitted onto the wall/over a door and had a short 'arm' with dips in to hold rugs on at the chest buckle, has anyone seen them/know what im taking about as i cant remember where i saw them and want to buy some...

not the one thanks, id love one of those but they are pricey.
it was more like the ones you can get to go over house doors to hang stuff on, but for horse rugs.
cant remember for the life of me where i saw them
