rug rack

I bought two rug racks from Derby House but now they are here I can't make head nor tail of them. They look a bit like giant coat hangers - they seem to be meant to hang on the wall but instead of screws or a bracket there is just a giant hook. I have looked on the Derby House web site but they aren't there anymore (they were on sales)

Have I bought something that needs something else to fix it to?????????

You haven't bought the extra arms for the rug rack by mistake instead of the complete kit?

Are they just like giant 'sloping' coat hangers - I have seen these on sale?

After looking at them again I think you might hang the hook over a ceiling bar? OH is cross - he could have made something like this for a very small fraction of the price

That's the ones - they are indeed giant coat hangers!

If you want to package 'em back up, I'll have 'em off you at whatever you paid for 'em, inc. p&p, if you can 'post' them that is - are they too big for 'standard' parcel post?

Ah I see! I will check at the new livery yard tommorow to see what she meant when she said I could put up some rug racks - if not I will PM you if you still want them. I think they are probably too big for parcel post though.
