Anyone know where I can get a waterproof patch or somehting similar to repair a T/O rug?

Have a look in camping shops/on camping websites as they will have tent repair kits that will probably do the job

Speak to your local sadler,he'll know of someone in the area who will do it. Probably repairs will be carried out by the same people who wash & re-proof rugs.
