Rug suggestions for stable

Hi can anyone recommend me a nice cooler/fleece which can be used in the stable? I’m thinking for autumn before my TB is clipped…he is a cold bean and already wearing a summer sheet at night in the stable Yes in August! I’m not against a 50 or 100g stable but I’d prefer a fleece or cooler as it’s useful for drying off etc.

I also have a cheap weatherbeeta fleece for him but bedding does stick to it..is there such a thing as a fleece type rug which bedding doesn’t stick to? I’ve got rugs from 0-300g for turnout but nothing for the stable. I don’t mind a turnout in the stable but I’d prefer to change into a stable or cooler type rug. His jammies!

I like the look of the premtex, coolex and thermocell. Also a thermatex as I love those but I’m worried about bedding sticking thank you!

I don't see why the bedding sticking is a problem give it a shake and it comes off I leaf blow my rugs

I would just use a fleece or a thermatex

Oh my goodness leaf blow! What genius! We actually have one so I will try this!

It’s not really a problem it’s just they get a bit wet from poo and wee when they lay down…I guess that was what I meant x

No same! Which brand is yours? So many are static!

I have the gallop trojan and the storm X in 50 and 100 to switch about and another heavier one at 300.

Back on Track mesh rug. Horses love them, shavings don’t stick to them, and they wash really well.

Rather spendy but definitely worth it.
