Rugs - fess up how many do you have?

I'm busy getting all Sids stuff together for the yard move and was looking at all his rugs thinking I really ought to get rid of a few before the new people think I've got some weird addiction.
So out of interest how many rugs do you have and what are they all?
 
Honestly???lol!!have lost count and that is with selling a few winter rugs i didnt use

!You would think i had an army of horses not just 1,lol!I do love to have a new one every yr even if i dont need it,have managed to restrain myself up to now this yr!!

loads, I keep old ones as spares, invaluable when its really wet.
I like thinish stable rugs so I can layer them if necessary.
My pony has 3 times the wardrobe that I have!!

My TB has:

2 stable rugs
1 cooler
3 fleeces

Sister's mare has:
4 turnout rugs
3 stable rugs
1 fleece

T'other gelding has:
3 turnout rugs
2 stable rugs
1 fleece
1 fly rug
1 exercise sheet
(Only had him a few weeks though so I'm sure he'll need some more soon

I thought I had too many rugs till I read what everyone else has, and now I think I'm quite restrained, and should go rug shopping!

Meg has:

2 LW TOs
2 MW TOs
2 MW stable
2 Fleece

1 very very very old sweat rug (it's the first rug I ever bought!)

1/2 a very very very old NZ which is held together with string (from my first horse) and she has to share it with my mum's horse.
 
My Tb has

5 fleeces (1 with a neck)
1 summer sheet
1 LW T/O - no filling
1 MW T/O -
2 exercise sheets - 1 reflective
3 stable rugs LW MW HW

and 1 more T/O on order with 70 grms filling so that will be 14
 
Well I only have 5:

HW turnout
MW turnout
LW turnout
Heavier cooler rug
Lighter fleece cooler rug

My mare lives in or out in her turnouts as she loathes having her rugs changed when its cold and it makes it easier for drying them in the middle of winter.

What a mean mummy I feel now!!! My mare must think she is poverty striken!!

I've probably got others - can't recall at the mo.
Bear in mind I have collected these rugs over the 7 yrs I have had Mickey, but I do LOVE buying rugs!!

i swore i would never need to join in this game as i was NOT buying my chunky cob any rugs...BUT i already have 2 stable rugs (1 not yet tried on), 1 HW turnout, 1 sweet itch, 1 fleece/cooler and I am about to buy another turnout (with detachable neck dontcha know) to match his new JW headcollar/leadrope (thanks mummy sue)..

Hee hee! This is making me smile! How many of us have better clothed horses than ourselves?!! Sidney has to match and will not be seen dead wearing girlie colours - well actually I'm sure he doesn't care but I don't want the other geldings to laugh at him!!

I am a compulsive rug buyer!!!! Some how I seem to have acquired 8 horses. Each of my 8 horses has a minimum of 20 rugs each (they all have 2 lightweight turnouts, a medium weight & 2 heavyweight turnouts, a thermatex, about 6 stable rugs of varying weights, 3 or 4 fleeces, 1/2 travel rugs, a cooler, a couple of fly rugs, summer sheets and pretty rug with their name on). You know the big metal upright cupboards you have in office that usually get filled with files/stationary etc? Well I have 7 that are over flowing & several big chests & still run out of storage space!

Admittedly most of my rugs are bought as bargains from places like Badminton or off the internet.

Think I need to win the lottery to buy a big posh tack room for my rugs! In fact, I want a heated rug room!

I dont think I am too bad, Baron just has what he needs, but I have only had him 18months so im sure by next year the amount will have doubled.

Oooh everyone at my yard keeps telling me I'm addicted to buying rugs as everyone around me seem to just have the minimum they can scrape through winter with and I have loads - but seeing all your lists I don't feel so alone anymore!!!
