Rugs similar to PE Luncanta Stratus

Hello!

premier equine have stopped making their half neck Lucanta stratus turnout rug with the padded wither. For those who don’t know, it has a thick area of neoprene and padding, around 1-1.5 inches thick.
Does anyone know of a similar rug design? Ideally 100g but a lw would also be great.
Horse is 6’6 with a high wither, prone to rubbing.

A half neck with padding would be ideal.

Silk bossy bib (or similar vest) plus 2 large car wash sponges. Put sponges into cotton covers, (an old cut to shape pillow case is ideal) . Velcro strips on sponge pads and on vest. You can then remove the sponge to wash the vest.

Works a treat and cost minimal.

We did similar to above at work using an old pillow, hollowed out the foam in the middle and attached it to a vest. Worked well.
We tried just placing it between rugs at first but it travelled down and scared the life out of me every morning as the horse had such a weird deformed shape ? (and still sore withers!)
