Now, I have always bought my rugs from Derby House and have never had any problems but after reading the horror stories some of you have had with them I am not sure whether to risk it - although I do love their own brand rugs.....

I need to buy:

2 x 6ft Lightweight Turn Outs
2 x 6ft 6in Lightweight Turn Outs

1 x 6ft Lightweight Stable
2 x 6ft Heavyweight Stable

1 x 6ft 6in Lightweight Stable
1 x 6ft 6in Heavyweight Stable

CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP LOL!

Any ideas?

Sorry to hijack a bit but I need to get a heavy weight for my chap and really like the Premiere Equine ones - do you think they would be wide enough for my chap who is ID x and quite wide at the shoulder?

DUBLINBAY
Yes they are a very generous fit, very deep and lovely quality.
The shoulder has an elasticated gusset, so they don't rub, and move with your horse.
i really should get a job with this company as i seem to big them up at every oppertunity.

I buy mine from ebay.
Bought a heavy weight with neckcover fits my lad very well, and has lasted an entire winter with no problems (my lad wrecks rugs easily) and it came to around £30 (£12 for postage) brilliant!

if not ebay then robinsons have a sale on tomorrow.

Have to say that I have ordered a lot of things over the years from Derby House. They made an error in what they sent once, but quickly put it right. I like them as a company.

I have bought a couple of rugs off ebay and swore never again. I've found that with what people charge on there for postage on rugs, they haven't been much (if any cheaper) when I have been looking and what I have ordered hasn't been a good fit and the hassle of sending large items back (if you can) makes it too inconvenient for me!

I also rate Equestrian Clearance and I too have been thinking about using Premier Equine - are they tough and effectively waterproof?
