I have 2 foals 14 weeks 6 weeks irish draught x standard bred both tall petite just its getting cold now 3.0 3.3 maybe please advise thanks for any advice

What's the question you're asking, is it advice on whether to rug the foals? You may be better posting this under a different topic as this is the equestrian news topic fyi
