you are the owner of an animal that is possibly worth thousands of pounds, how can you not remember what you feed it????

cubes are not floor sweepings, just because they look boring you(and you don't have to eat them anyway, do you??) , don't assume that you horse will find them boring too,
horses evolved to eat grass, grass is boring end of..

it is no good ranting at the sales assitant at the top of your voice that pasture mix has gone up 25p.....it isn't their fault, and if you can't find an extra 25p should you have a horse?!

when purchasing a wormer, when asked the WEIGHT of your horse, 15,3hh is not a logical or useful answer.....

don't give the yardsmen the life story of you darling horse - they don't care, they HATE horses!!

6 bales of shavings, 2 bales of hay, and 5 bags of feed WILL NOT fit in a smart car - buy a proper vehicle you numpty....

get off your ruddy mobile when you are being served...i don't give a crap where you went, what you did ect, ect, ect, THERE IS A QUEUE DEARY....

don't park your car in the middle of the loading bay, next to the lorry the yard guy is trying to unload - you are NOT helping!!!

dont fiddle faddle around rearranging you sainsbury's shop, while the yard guy is standing there with a heavy bale of shavings......

don't buy competition mix for you happy hacker just because it is on special offer, and come back and moan because it bucked you off!!

if the opening hours say "9am - 5pm" it means just that.... not 5.30pm, or 6pm, we have lives/horses too, and i am not re-opening because you couldn't be bothered to come earlier/arrange a delivery etc.....

My own pet hate is the customer who orders an obscure food and even when phoned to say it is in never comes back to buy it. This has led me to charge upfront. Grrrrr.

Most of my customers are lovely, just a few to spoil things.

LOL!! When countrywide in Evesham was opposite Tesco I did the human feed shop then the horse food shop. Luckily the bloke didn't seem to mind too much as I rearranged the bags and dog so he could squeeze the sacks in
