I am after some advise and I wonder if people on here, who run (or better still, had in the past set up) own commercial yard(s) would be so kind and let me PM them with some questions??
I especially look for answers on some legal/tax/terms of use of land issues (but not only) as far as a commercial yard is concerned.
Would someone want to mentor me for a bit???
